Post Complete Idiots Guide On How To Set Up Earthmate USB

I heard the cries and made a tutorial .

Go there.

If anyone wants to host it on a "real" site, go for it.

If I can find it.....

I gave up roadrunner a couple of months ago. I'll have to see if I still got the file laying around.

I didn't have any trouble getting the USB Earthmate to work with NS. When I installed the software, it asked me if I would like to install serial drivers to use the GPS with programs other than DeLorme Street Atlas. Then with the GPS plugged in, I went into Device Manager, right clicked on the GPS and changed the COM port.

Sorry boys and girls I no longer have the file.
However, it's not difficult to do. "dgstinner" hit the nail on the head, the tutorial just had more screen shots.
