Config tools?

Hello all im new to WLAN's but i got a new laptop and it has the 2200BG NDIS (I know not that great) in it and from all the searching on the forums and the net i could not find my answer. Is there any tools that will allow me to choose my own AP insted of letting XP choose for me? Im assuming i would use a config tool but i can not find one for the 2200BG unless someone knows of one. Also i notice that in XP it seems to only grap a IP if the signal is over 2 bars, but i have to do some more testing on that.

Thanks,
Archer

Either the computer manufacturer or the card manufacturer might have made a client manager... Check their sight for downloads.

Did you check the driver CD which came with the card ?
Did you contact the support dept. at the manufacturer ?
Did you google for it ?

Always remember, Google is your friend, but the manufacturer's website has a search as well.
