D-Link DWL-G510
I would really like to use aerodump...

I've gone throught at least 4 off-the-shelf wireles PCI cards... I know at least one that is specifically said to work with the WildPackets drivers, but it's an a/g card and costs more (i don't want 802.11a anyways). My DWL-G510 does have Atheros chipset, but I can't get the driver to work... Anyone can tell me why?

If you have questions about why the WildPackets driver for Atheros cards doesn't work with your card, you should ask the WildPackets support people.
