Did you turn the wireless on first?

This PPC is relatively new product. It seems to be using some chipset from Texus Instruments, I guess it is not supported yet. You can try WiFiFoFum http://www.wififofum.org/ which I think it will work as it supports 4350, which is also using a TI chipset. No promises though.

Since I will also have this PDA in about a week, until (and hopefully when) MiniStumbler supports this wireless chipset and I am stuck with WiFiFoFum (although the radar thing looks like a neat gimmick), I will be writing a web-based converter for its logs to native .NS1, as well as other NS1 tools I started working on. I'll make a post when it is complete.

I have the NS1 processing complete, just need to finish a couple of converters from an in source back to NS1, and then write the filter support.

Basically I need to finish writing the part so I can easily filter out certain entries, such as APs within certain coordinates, or entries with only a certain amount of signal, or strip out all of the gps data except for a few of the highest signal data, etc... and then I will write the converter for WiFiFoFum <-> NS1, and maybe other formats if I end up using them. Also need some WiFiFoFum logs.

I will probably post a WIP link sometime soon, because as I stated, the actual NS1 processing part is complete and works (other than two last things, channelbits and xor for flags for a userfriendly table). It is written in PHP and when it is complete, it will be released under some open source license. I am hoping for it to be mostly a native .NS1 tool for everyone, and a converter and filter for me.

Again, I will let you know. I am sure to get it done not long after I get my hx4700.
