SanDisk SD WiFi Card problem
I am trying to install the above card into a Packard Bell PocketGear 2060 PDA.
The software seems to instal successfully but when run it comes up with 'PegasSTA.exe component not found'. Anyone got any ideas. |

1) SanDisk tech support 2) Packard Bell tech support Please make sure you have the serial numbers for both the PDA & the wireless card handy, along with the PDA operating system version, and of course your credit card. |

PegasSTA.exe problem
I had exactly the same problem with my Viewsonic V37 when I installed the sanDisk PocketPC2003 drivers. I assumed it was running PC2003 as the system info says Pockect PC version 3 is installed and all other applications etc. I have installed for it have worked.
I even tried reinstalling it, soft resets and eventually a hard reset. It still didn't work. However, I have just installed the sanDisk PockectPC2002 drivers (after uninstalling the 2003 version) and the driver appears to be working now. |

Use the WRONG driver!
I had to fully rest my pocketPC and so lost my previous driver. I have spent several weeks trying to reinstall wifi. The proper driver from SanDisk does not work - it gives the 'PegasSTA.exe component not found' problem. In desparation I installed the driver for the 256 MB + wifi card and it worked!!!http://www.sandisk.com/retail/drivers-sdwsdb-256.asp - choose the Pocket PC 2002 driver. |
