Using GPS with Netstumbler
Hey,
I was in my friend's kitchen when I noticed that she had 6 WAP's from her neighbors detectable. I was wondering how I could go about pinpointing which house it was. If I get a GPS card and drive around the block (they're rectangular blocks), would Netstumbler allow me to pinpoint the WAPs? It would be like triangulation just with one laptop instead of three. The WAP's are fixed (in houses), so that shouldn't be a problem. Any ideas or recommendations? Thanks. |

I'm interested in which house, not which room in the house. Thanks again. |
