Using Net Stumbler To Detect Signal Strength
Hey guys! I just bought a new Linksys modem and a new Linksys router, and I have a range extender on the way. I downloaded NetStumbler because a fellow NewEgger recommended it to help find the best signal strength. I was wondering how I should do it with the program? Thanks in advance!

Look at the "Signal" column in the Right Pane. (Not the "+Signal" column.) Alternately, change the Right Pane to the SNR graphical display by picking the desired MAC in the Left Pane.
NOTE: NONE of these will be accurate if you do not use a wireless card which employs a Hermes chipset.
