Asking for the "best" is a null question, because it's subjective. What's best for me is probably not even "good" for you.

Search and you'll find there is a lot of discussion about the merits of any number of mapping programs. One may be "best" for you.

Hey, atleast I aksed it in the newbie section. You are great at being condescending and not helpful at the same time. I dont even know what my options are. Does a list exist or all mapping software that works with Netstumbler?

If you want to run one of the realtime plotting scripts then you will need MapPoint (as has been answered beyond leaving any doubt). What exactly do you mean "mapping software that works with Netstumbler"?

Mappoint is the only software that works 'on-the-fly' then? So if I pick up Streets & Trips, I will only be able to plot the apS on a map afterwards, correct?

Let me revise that answer.

MapPoint is the only one that works with the current scripts, as they have been written expressedly for MapPoint. S&T does not contain a script function.

Other mapping programs may contain script functions, and you would be able to exploit them to do the exact same things.

Thats in my jobdescription here at the forums. Got a problem with that ?

If you had bothered to plug the words "Netstumbler" & "Map" into the search field, you would have received a list of 350 posts, which would have contained the information you were looking for.

We don't spoonfeed here, and the newbie lounge isn't a "get-out-of-jail-for-free" card for laziness.

Do your legwork first on your own. Then come back with any specific questions you might have.
Don't like the way the forums are run, then don't let the door hit your butt on the way out.
