Accessing the NIC's values
Hi,

I’m developing a wireless software that needs the signal strength and noise level of each access point. I’m using a Toshiba wireless LAN Card - PA3064U-1PCC - (an Orinoco one) in my laptop, but I just can’t find any documentation or reference of how to get these values directly from the card.

The netstumbler works perfectly in my machine, being able to capture all the values of each AP.

Does anybody have some idea of how can I make this? Any docs, manuals or API’s reference will be a great help.

Shot in the dark...
It's possibel the driver is dumping them into the Registry. Try running Regmon to see if there are any keys being constantly updated. Worth a shot anyway...
