Delete all rules and start over
The rules on this board is too freaking stiff, when was the last time someone went through them? There is an awfull lot of bull in them.

Which part? Most people don't have any problems with the rules. Your suggestion might actual be worthwhile IF you actually provided something to back up your claim.

Just use smaller pictures like everyone else. Just because you have broadband, does not mean everyone else does.
