Strange NS Finding - NetStumbler.org Forums

Posts: n/a	Strange NS Finding I was out Stumbling and cam across about 20 AP's being used by a hotel, not strange in itself but what happend next is. After NS found all 20 AP's/BSSID's/Name's/Channels/Etc I noticed that the channels they were using were changing every second. I saw all AP's go thru all 13 channels in a few minutes. I thought this was strange so I started up SnifferPro 4.7 and could only pickup the signals from my equip. I Then thought that maybe these AP's were not DSSS but maybe FHSS, as they were changing channels very fast and I didnt get any net packets from them, however I read in the forums that NS doesn't work with or find FHSS equip. So just what the heck are they using ?????? Setup is NS running with a Lucent Gold Card.
