WinCE installer
I haven't had time to build my own package yet. http://www.softspb.com/products/ezsetup/index.html has a free installer. If this is able to make short cuts, this would make it easyer to run. I haven't spent alot of time figureing a way to get it to show up on the programs menu, but Im sure this is one way to do this. Now the other question is, why is this free. Spyware? Donno yet.. Welp off to work. Im late.

sorry i donīt like installers for CE programs with only one file. most of this installers are bigger than the program itself and they installing somuch stuff on my desktop machine.

just copy thet exe into the start menu directory and itīs done.
no files are installed on your desktop machine and wasting your space.
