Anyone tried this Program
Has anyone tried this program from Tigertools yet? Doesn't seem a bad price.

got the first versions for it - they guy who writes this seems to be a nice guy.

sent him an e-mail about a year ago when his first book came out..

I will be getting an upgrade to the one I have and will try and get a copy of this one and tell you how it goes.

vxUtils
vxUtils is FREEWARE and does the following:

1. Shows you your IP
2. Ping
3. Trace Route
4. Finger
5. HTML ?
6. Lookup
7. Quote
8. Time
9. WhoIs
10. Password Gen
11. IP Subnet Calc

I also purchased the Tiger software so I can do some security audits.

vxUtils Works great
Hey Unclex;

I have it running on an HP Jornada 568. Just copy the exe to your program directory on your ce device and run it from there. I can post screen shots if needed, but it does work great.......

I proceeded straight to Handango and purchased this one after seeing this thread last nite, and so far have had no luck getting it to even launch on an iPAQ 38xx.

Receive an error msg re 'TigerSuite.vb' which tells me 'There is no application associated with "Tiger Suite". Run the application first......."

Get this whether attempting to launch from the Start Menu icon or by launching tigersuite.exe directly.

Have tried un-installing and re-installing w/ a soft reset of the 38' each time. Still no go.

The only thing I can think is that it attempted to install some dll's that were older than the existing versions on my device...which I most definitely was not about to let happen.

Anyway, have posted a msg to the TS Support msg board, but no response yet. In fact, my message is apparently still awaiting they're 'approval' for posting to the board.

Try running this VbRegFix it's free and it fixed this kind of problem for me once.

Will definitely give it a try.

Have since been in touch with the developer and they're trying to fix it, but so far no go. Maybe this is 'the ticket'.

I am running the software on a Jornada 568, seems to be working fine, I yet to recieve an error message..
