Mini on WinCE 2.0?

I have an old Sharp Mobilion that runs WinCE 2.0 I have gotten an older Wave-Lan card to work in it just fine.

Is there any chance Ministumbler will run on it?

It does not say if it works or not on WinCE

You can assume that means it does not work, or at the very least, is not supported.

I can guarantee you 100% that it will not work. No way, no how.

It does not say if it works or not on WinCE:confused:

I have found in my travels around this planet if someone lists hardware/software that works with other specific hardware/software they usually tend not to list the hardware/software that does not work. It is to be implied that hardware/software not listed either has not been tested or it flat does not work. At that point you have to decide if you want to gamble and try a non-listed product or bet on a winner and go with the listed products.

For instance...

Quote:
Evil Genius

System Requirements
MINIMUM
Windows® 98SE/Me/2000/XP
Pentium® III 800 MHz or higher
DirectX® 9.0b
128 MB RAM - Windows® 98SE/Me, 256 MB RAM – Windows® 2000/XP
GeForce™2 MX 16MB or equivalent DirectX® 9 compatible video card
16x CD-ROM drive
DirectX® 9.0b Compatible Sound Card
MS compatible mouse

RECOMMENDED
Pentium® 4 1.5 GHz
DirectX® 9.0b
256 MB of RAM
NVIDIA® GeForce™ 3 or equivalent with 64 MB RAM
300MB free hard drive space (additional space required for Windows® swap-file and DirectX® 9.0b installation)
24x CD-ROM drive
It does not mention Mac OS, or Solaris, or Linux, or Irix. Should I ask them if it works with those?

This listing is (as I see it) considered the rule rather than the exception.

If it ain't listed you're on your own!

I used this logic just the other day. You set up a meeting at 11:30 well then that means you're planning on buying us lunch. You never said you weren't so that must mean you are.

Didn't work then either.

Hate it when that happens.

Order the pizza anyways and leave the meeting planners name as the person to bill. When all the pizza's arrive he's look like a hero and to save face will pay. Works like a charm

When we order it we just have them bill the Boss Man's credit card (We all have it written down somewhere). Half the time he isnt even there.

Nice but your example (that did not copy here) gives MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS. None of the Ministumbler docs gave that, only a few combinations that are known to work.

There is a BIG difference.

Right, the ones that are shown to work, work. Everything else either won't work correctly, or not at all.
