14.5 dbi yagi and 9 miles?
The company I work for is trying to setup a small wireless link that's about 2-3 miles and a clear LOS. Right now there's no way to test the wireless link until the remote site is up and running ( still building ). My question is, the equipment we have is advertised to go 9 miles based on a 30mw power. But the question is, we have 2 SMC Wireless Bridges and (2) 50' LMR-400 spools as well as (2) SMC 14.5dbi directional antenna's. With that equipment would it actually be possible to get a 9 mile link @ 1mb? Or is that not possible.
