Please post one thread..

Dont post two or more threads for the same subject please.

i have placed almost the same post in your other thread.

there is no information on the 200mw radio. Who makes it. and it is 802.11 11mb dsss compliant. ok but that still doesnt make it a Wi-Fi radio. and is the radio a pcmcia card or a pci card???
dont buy one until you know things like this as it may not work well in a Wi-Fi systems

FCC up to 1W of EIRP. ETSI 100mW. So, you would not be able to use this card in Europe unless you place attenuators between the card and the antenna (Microtik card does not have build in antenna)

Who knows, but why are you talking about the FCC when pointing to an Aussie site?

ACA != FCC ...

Australia has much different regs from the US, much like Europe is much more strict than our government in this arena. The only mention of FCC I find on the site is for the third item down "Model # MICRO-01", which states as being "FCC regulated".
