have someone info about the change of Country/Regulatory Domain on Senao 3054+ETSI (from ETSI to FCC)?

If you'd bother to hit Google at all, you'd see at least 46 pages. Most say the same thing about that card. To wit:

Automatically adjusts regulatory domain to operate in different countries.
