802.11g bridges

I'm looking to purchase a 802.11g brdige. The reviews for the linksys model has generally poor (Tom's Hardware and Amazon) . So I'm looking at the Netgear, Buffalo, and Trendnet bridges. Anyone have experience with these products?

Thumbs up

Haven't looked at those, but, have done a lot of work with Cisco.. the BR350's a little long in the tooth - soon to be superceded -maybe (nudge, nudge, wink, wink)??

..check out the Cisco 1400 - it's an 802.11a bridge - & v. cool... damn good value for money for commercial / business use.. but, it's a little pricey for home use..

Let me know if you want more info..

exactly what is a bridge? Isn't it used to transfer a signal a longer distance or something?

Thanks

It would be so sweet if Cisco 350 Bridges bumped up to the 802.11g speed.
