AA NAVMAN Wardriving
I was given the task of installing one of these into a car the other day. I found that its basically a PDA with GPS and all the software. I thought what a great Wardriving tool, integrated GPS, it has a USB slot for syncing so you could potentially have a USB wifi card, install stumbler on it and your away £150. What do people reckon is it a good idea????

Not sure on exacts of compatibility, I noticed over the weekend Halfords are doing a NAVman, which looks like a PDA, and has a SD slot in the top, so you could get a wifi SD card. not sure if stumbler will work on it, ill give it a try on the one iv got and post back
I just tried ministumbler the latest version runs fine on it, it would just be a question of finding a compatible sd wifi card Last edited by bugs : 01-15-2007 at 07:18 AM. |

A came close to buying one of these last summer (<$200) to play with but figured I wouldn't ever get around to it before the warranty ran out.
It's a little on the large size but it has GPS, both USB client/host ports and runs on linux with a 200mhz cpu. |
