Anyone have any success with a PCMCIA GPS?
I just finished reading the long Garmin thread that turned into a hype thread for the Sapphire GPS unit. My question is, is there a reputable PCMCIA GPS card that a lot of people use with the same degree of success, or is the remote dashboard location of a sapphire mouse type more reliable

The biggest problems most people have reported is the difficulty of having two cards that both have an antenna bulge. They just don't physically fit together because of the spacing.
Aside from that, a dash-mounted GPS generally has a cleaner view of the sats.
