Anyone know how to turn a Atheros AR500G internal wifi card into a DCHP Access Point under Windows XP?

Many Thanks

Atheros SoftAP (PCTEL SoftAP)?

http://investor.pctel.com/releasedet...leaseid=146894

Quote:
SoftAP is available as a bundled solution from the manufacturers of retail 802.11 client adapters, is licensed by PCTEL to 802.11 chipset suppliers and motherboard manufacturers as a value added option, and is licensed for distribution to wireline broadband service providers as part of their home networking solutions.

Its called SoftAP HP (I presume thats something to do with Hewlett Packard). I cant find the normally SoftAP. I also have an Orinoco Gold and that isnt recognised by the program either (I presume the SoftAP I have isnt the normal SoftAP).Seeing as SoftAP was discontinued by PCTell could you recommend a download/supplier I could get it from?

Many Thanks for you help
