Best prices on Orinoco cards
Anyone know where the best online price of Orinoco cards would be? I'm having a hard time finding them in Canada at the moment so i'll have to order online.

Check out this link. They have the gold orinoco for $109.

They have great prices on other items as well. Don't forget to check out ebay and of course, anandtech. People get rid of that stuff all the time. I know that a Gold Orinoco went for $90 on ebay, (oem). Not bad.

Yeah. I found that too.
Is that card an older revision? On their site it says it's an avaya card, but Lucent no longer lisences their cards under that name.

Avaya Gold Card
Seems to work ok... just another Orinoco/Lucent card. Maybe they lost their license but it seems to be the same chipset. If you look on Pricwatch, they list the same model numbers for it and the Agere/Orinoco.

Even with the problems that we have today with shipping nightmare, I got the card in 2 days... paid alittle extra. Their (lanstreet.com) standard shipping is about 5 bux.... so it's the best price that I found on the net.
Nice service as well! (alittle plug for them)

yeah vinny and there are sites now advertising the SILVER card for $60-70...would you stop plugging your store like you have before?

Why settle for the Silver (40-bit WEP) at $89.00 when you can get the Gold (128-bit WEP) for as cheap as $82.00?

The Orinoco Gold part number is 848441556.
