Buying Wireless Card - Any Advice???
Hello,
I am interested in buying a wireless card for my laptop soon. It needs to be PCMCIA, and I would like it to have the following features: 802.11 A/B/G Capacity At least one (preferably two) External Antenna Jacks Does such a card exist??? If so, what is it, if not what is be best alternative??? Cheers, sugar05 ![]() |

802.11a is pretty useless for the most part, due to very short range, the fact that you can get the same speeds from "g" devices, and the fact that it has a lower user base. If you don't have a pressing need for it, then you can just go with a combination b/g card with an external antenna jack.
