To which ReadMe are you referring, or is this a translation issue? If you are using a free service, then why are you asking about leeching? And what has any of this got to do with NetStumbler?

What's the TOS for the free limited time service that is being provided?

Warming up??

We've been on broil for the past 2 months..

If only I could figure how to harness the power of the little spinning wheel on my electric meter, I could solve the worlds energy needs.

It would probably be much easier to solve true perpetual motion.

That's easy, we just need a way to harness the energy of 2 - 4 yr olds. They seem to be in perpetual motion.

Need to register with you name, address and ID card. Log in through a security server with you user name and pass. 1 hour per day, and person.
The service is provided as a complement to the library itself, as access to information for technical reference, science, and culture in general, but you can use email.
There is an external atenna, what sometimes is not well placed, or is in the back side, but with good weather it works.
Curiously, here in Spain, internet DSL is too much more expensive then in other Europe countries, with less bandwith. People pay usually 55-60 euro for DSL, included the DSL cost and the line cost. Most people have it for Emule.
I donīt have internet at home, and for my needings, the libraries wifi is more then enough. People still keep paying DSL for obscure purposes, so that busniness is still secure, the library wifi is no competitor.

Which ID card do you have to register with? Driver license? Library car? Tax ID card?

You mean the "we'll force everyone to have health insurance, unless you're on welfare, in which case the people forced to buy insurance will pay your insurance for you" plan?

It amounts to a forced tax and socialized medicine no matter how he weasel words it.
