I'm going to guess the library card, since it's a library's wifi, meant for the patrons of said library, NOT THE FUCKING LEACH SITTING OUT IN THE STREET!

I figured on that, but wanted to hear him say it to open that part of the dialog next.

Y'all are pretty hungry for barbecue. The ID is a Spanish national ID that is required of all of those folks. They can be stopped and asked for their ID by the police at any time. They could end up in jail for not having it on their person. Seems to me he is legal, maybe just a bit lazy for not going into the library.

You have my sympathy. It doesn't rule out beer though.

Actually no alcohol of any kind. The calories from it helps the liver to produce triglycerides and that's what we are reducing. My count was over 1000. Didn't think it was too bad until she told me they should be around 150.

On a good note I am sleeping better, losing weight (5lbs last week), and I don't have that "sleepy" feeling at work anymore.

AND

The Busparone is really helping with my stress. Better living through modern chemistry.

Sounds like what the Feds want us to have here. Of course, Obama will probably do it via the backdoor of a national health service card.

Could be. Most libraries here are pretty loose about who a "patron" is. I wouldn't doubt that it's the same there.

Back on subject:

With the knowledge the OP is wanting to gain he has to realize that there is a huge issue with using someone else's AP. When it comes to wifi and the use of the "tubez" we are pretty damn ethical. If we weren't, most of us would be freeze dried or doing time and we wouldn't have the jobs we have now.

There is a plethora of information detailing what the OP asked via Google or other sources out there on the web. So when you (the OP) came in and asked the question you did, it threw up a lot of red flags.

Think of it this way. Most people that leach internet are shady. That doesn't mean you will do anything criminal in your actions when connecting to the library's AP, but I wouldn't know that. So why should I help you do something that is possibly illegal? Better to side on the err of caution. Hopefully you can now understand the reasons for all the questions.

That and there was a case fairly close to where I used to live about a guy leaching from a public library's wifi after hours to play W.O.W. The library staff thought the wifi turned itself off at night, which is what they ordered. It didn't and the dude was kicking up their bill.

The library AP is there for anyone to can connect, there is an external antenna placed intentionally to can get access from street, Iīll put some photo soon.
DNI, is "document, national idetify", itīs a document, and the number identifies you.
It seems that you have a lot of politics issues you want to discuss here. Socialism, Obama, health...,
Regarging to politics, I think you are in a extreme. Do you pay toll if you get the car and go the supermarket? No? So you are using a "public road", you are nationally forced to pay for that?.., and the lights on the street? Do you have public lights on your street, or do you pay your own light? Do you live in socialism because you walk to the next corner over a public sidewalk? Who is the owner of the road?? I think some of you are in an extreme position.

Yes we pay for all that. It's called taking 33% of my income along with all the other hard working people here in the US and call it a tax. Then they take it again from me when I buy any consumables and call that a tax too. So I get taxed when I get it and when I give it. I would say that most Americans get taxed about 45-50% of the total income and most of us still find the money to pay our own way. Whether it be health care or wifi/internet. If we have a need for it we find a way to make more money to be able to afford it. We get second jobs or take on repairing computers on our spare time. Which reminds me, I have a half gallon of Crown I can't drink now.

We do have a driver's license for most cases of identification. In more extreme cases we have to provide a birth certificate along with the driver's license.

No, there is no national identity card. The States issue Licenses for driving purposes. The only nationally accepted ID is a passort issued by the federal government, and the only acceptable purpose is for return entry into the US. By the way, WE (the citizens) ARE the government; it says so right in our Constitution.

Yes, we pay tolls on our roads. In addition to tolls, we pay use taxes for the roads.

The lights on the street are paid for by local payments. Do you think it's all free?

You may think it's extreme, but I think it is VERY extreme to expect me to pay for everything for everybody else. Especially, my own health care should remain my own business.

It always strikes me as odd that other country's subjects bitch about their privacy, yet allow the government -without any expectation of privacy- to dictate things like national ID, health care, and guns. To me that is extreme. You might as well stamp "government slave" on your forehead. But I guess that's the difference between being a "citizen" and being a "subject".

No, all of our ID documents, birth certificates, drivers license, etc., are usually issued by a state agency, not by any national agency. These ID's are accepted as valid by all of the individual state and national agencies.

If it gets any worse I'm moving further south, like Chile.
