Well its my turn to be slow responding-HA! Your right I suppose about the E-mail, not to hard to make some people angry here, But least we are not asking dumb questions and bugging them! That a great deal on that computer. What did you go with for Mobo/graphics? I'm looking into building something cheap like that for a server, New project.
OK now back to stuff that should be here? HA
Built/played around with a few more homebrew antennaes. Built a cantennae, pringles, and beam yagi. The pringles worked the best out of the bunch, not much for range, but for $2 what do you want. I'll stick with the Antennex. My bridge working pretty well, might try an amplifier next. Getting spoiled on this new found speed, want more LOL

It's not the greatest computer around. Has integrated video and shared video ram, but it's not designed to be a high-end gaming system. Just something fairly quick for my Mom to get onto the internet. It seems to be working extremely well. The only problem I've seen with her connection is when it gets really foggy and damp; condensation builds up on the parabolic dish. Signal strength drops very low, but the signal and link remain established, and running at 11Mb. I've attached a pic of the antenna below that I bought from netnimble.net. I need to get my digital camera out and take some actual pics and send them to you. I'd like to see pics of your setup, too.

Oh, I also bought a dremel tool to start making some home-brew antennas. I'll give you updates as I make them.
