Dell Truemobile 1180 CF-Card Layout?
Hi,
I'm looking for a way to add an external antenna to my Truemobile card. Is there any chance anyone has got a plan of that card. Just visited a friend who has a quite pricy CF-Card WITH an external antenna.... and what can I say, 20dbi rock (Essentially made his whole village his hotspot) ! Cheers for any hints... Hoelzi |

Hi Dutch,
just had a chat with him, plugged the big antenna into his server, already implemented VPN for several of his friends, VoIP as well for those with a pda. Though the PDAs only support 11mbit, other clients are up to speed. Also, he actually got a 5dbi roofmount antenna for his pda, wouldn't tell me about WD tours he did, be I guess it should be quite brilliant. By the way, I guess I killed my CF-Card, gotta get a new one but embedded clients running on PPC 2003 are f#### expensive. At least it seems so, any ideas where to get one?
