Diamond HomeFree PCMCIA Wifi Card
Ok I checked out the sticky but the site it points to does not have this card listed. It is a Diamond HomeFree card with FCZHF-PC-CARD1M on the back. It is made by Diamond Multimedia. I can't find it listed on thier site, and google hasnt turned much up either. Might anyone have an idea as to what chipset this card uses? Or if its maybe known under another manufacture/model?

On this hardware forum, the sticky that is called "What chipset is my card?" I made sure to check it out before posting. I never would have taken that number as the FCC ID, I thought it was the model number lol. Hmm well that may help, not sure its worth messing with though I read a few sites that said the homefree cards were only 1Mbs. Would that affect its ability to scan for Wifi networks? Any other information is appriciated, i'll see what this FCC ID can get me. And your right those pictures suck. Kinda neat to see how the antenna is setup though. This one I have here has a jack for an external antenna right on the top of it.

Yeah it looks like that card blows. FHSS instead of DSSS and useless for wardriving.
