Has anybody got this card working with *nix... I have been looking and cannot find any drivers that support it... I have found them for the 650, but no +...

Not sounding good at this time...

from what I have read:

today D-Link says "no promise; don't even keep the card if you ant Linux drivers..."

thats *almost* a quote...

from stuff I have read:

at one time they were saying they would have a driver, then later it was delayed, now who knows??

unless somone finds a way to get some code I think we are SOL...

from what I have read the chips are Texas Instruments made.

soneone found one of the developers and asked them, they said talk to D-Link...

it may not get anywhere but I went to the ti site and found a place to ask for development support on ti parts.... I'm asking them nice and pointing out that folks need the drivers.

I plan on doing the same at D-Link, ask nice what happend to the original statments and why the change....

perhaps if a number of us were to all start asking in a "Professioinal" way...

to TI I plan on focusing on thier own web info that they support Linux etc...

it might work if we had enough folks to do that... I hope?
