Easy way to broadcast short information to all stations of an AP?
I want to make a funny application.
Let AP broadcasting some short plain-text information(up to 100 bytes) to all stations associatioed with a AP.
How can I implement this?
1st Choice: "hack" ap/station firmware, let ap send information over "customized " beacon, so that stations will receive it.
2nd choice: write a upper-layer application which send information by IP-based broacasting.
But I don't know which one is easy? or if there are better way.
Can you give me some suggestion?

But APChat seems to send message to all nodes within a same network. What I need is to send something to nodes associated with ONE AP exclusively.
