Thumbs down Edimax EW-7103PC
Anyone have any experience using this card, it shows up as a PRISM II card in the drivers and such but NetStumbler doesn't seem to pick it up in a usable format. I know it's a crappy card since so far everything that I've ever sold or owned that's Edimax has been crap, "BUT" it's what I have right now and I wanted to see if anyone else is having the same trouble that I'm having since I couldn't find anything on it.

Card: Edimax EW-7103PC
Driver: PRISM2 IEEE 802.11 PC Card
OS: Windows 98

On a side note, I can get it to work with snort. WOOT!

Any info/help would be helpful. Thanks!

The problem is your OS. Prism cards work well under 2000 and XP, but 98 is a drag (in so many ways...)

Go figure... Course, even with 80MB of ram (maxed) I don't know that 2K will fair so well on this AcerNote Light LOL. Course, I have a 2k laptop but for some reason it doesn't even detect a card in the slot, sees all the other cards. But, oh well, thanks a million for the info, at least I can quit beating my head against the wall.
