ExpressCard/34 Slot cards
Hello all,
I am working on a clients Notebook that only has one expansion slot: ExpressCard/34 I was wondering perhaps if anyone could help me find a compatible card that works with the ExpressCard/34 interface AND works with Netstumbler. I have been browsing through the forums for about 3 days now, and I have seen no mention of this card or bus. Thanks for any help given! BitWire Server Administration Team |

Hey thanks for the abrupt reply!
Here is what I HAVE found, just from reading other posts.... http://www.duel-systems.com/products/adapters.aspx I wonder if this has any limitations, such as if you did have a fully compatible card, would it work under the Express bus interface.... I have also seen some recomendations for a USB adapter: http://www.moonblinkwifi.com/pd_orinoco_80211bg.cfm Anyone else relate to this USB adapter before I buy? It seems promising, as I have not seen or heard of its Wardriving limitations. Thanks again! |

I build a small fire on my desk. Paint my face with printer toner. Wrap my head in ribbon cable (EIDE not IDE, although I've been known to use SCSI cable before). Then I sit in my dimly lit office and chant to the NanoGods. ![]() Who says a little Voodoo doesn't help in our jobs? ![]()
