good for anything interesting?
i have a bunch of the patch antennas off of these 2.4 ghz transmitters and receivers. they are basically a piece of pc board that is .035" thick 2.245" square. one side is covered with foil and the other has a square centered that is 1.290".
any interesting projects come to mind or are they dumpster food. |

They are certainly worth experimenting with...
Those look like the X-10 camera transmitters, or one of those "View your VCR in any room!" devices. If you just have some antennae, look in the homebrew antenna thread for some ideas. For example, lincomatic made a nice patch antenna of similar size for his car. Additionally, many people on the board would be interested in seeing the internals if you could post pictures.
