Question GPS Cuts Out?
I have since reformatted my scanning machine and now I have a new problem. NS will only see my GPS for about 5 minutes at a tmie. It will abruptly cut out and I will have to diddle the NS settings in order for the GPS to come back. Quite inconvenient.

I am using a Garmin 48 GPS connected to my Dell running Win2k. I want to say I am missing a Garmin registry patch, but I can't remember. Anyone have any pointers?

Actually, it's a Microsoft Patch..Check out MS KB or do a search
here... The problem was that Windows sometimes detects a Serial
GPS as a mouse, which causes all kinds of problems.
