I'll have to revisit the legal issues of a cell phone jammer. I think something about disrupting emergency communications or something like that. We were looking in to the technology a year or so ago. Too many people sending text messages from their desks and not working.

Sounds like a issue for HR than IT.

Find a copy of the story about the dude that got fired via Text Message and leave copies of it lay on certain desks.

I'm sure the message will get through.
