Netgear WGT624 has no VPN support
Just a word of warning, the WGT624 from Netgear doesn’t have VPN support as advertised on the box. I just returned this router after finding out from tech support that this feature will be available in the next version of the firmware. They have no ETA for a release of the new code.


Very disappointing.

Their selling it as having the VPN capability, and it won't be in until the next firmware upgrade? With no release date?

If they can get away with that I'm going to start selling blank CDs. They will have GREAT, SUPERDUPER software... someday. In the meantime, the blanks are $5,298.99. Hell, call in the next 15 minutes, and get a second one free.

Why not. I-Tunes is selling 63 seconds of silence for .99 (I don't recall the name of the band).
