Orinoco Difference
Whats the difference between the 8410-WD and 8420-WD orinoco gold cards? The ones I have found have a BIG price difference.. was wondering why....

The chipset is different. One is the classic, the other is the tard card. The 'tard card, AKA Proxim dork, didn't used to work with NS. People would buy the newer card thinking it was an Orinoco classic, but it is not.

Edit! I make a request that "The Others" will stop posting at the same time as me!

You raised a good point, however: In this instance, I think the 'tard card will be more suited to the buyer
