Orinoco Gold with RP-SMA
I've searched around for this but havent found anything, maybe I'm just not using the right terms. But anyway, on ebay I see a guy selling orinoco cards with RP-SMA connectors for the external antenna. Is this beneficial or just a waste of time trying to do? If it is beneficial, where can I read up on how to do it myself? It doesnt look to be to difficult to do, but I also dont want to tear into a new card blind.

Yes, I have seen these, the advantage is they are bigger, so they don't break or break the pigtails as easily. I don't think it is worth it. I got my gold and pigtail for 20 bucks each. I can afford to break a few before I could pay for one of those.
