preparing to buy prism card
I am going to best buy this weekend to buy a wifi card w/ prism 2 for my laptop. I was wondering if anyone bought a good wireless card at best buy for their laptop, what brand/model is it?

One is as good as the other for general surfing, you need to be a little more specific. As far as working with NS:

Cards that reportedly WORK with NetStumbler 0.4

You going to find a Prism 2 at Best Buy? I see no cards on their web page that leads me to think you will.

i dont know, I'm in rehab. I just got my laptop but they wont let me use their internet on it. I want to crack it. I cant just order one online or anything, but they are taking us to bestbuy this weekend.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that it was a system setup for use by the people that paid $20,000 to be where ever the hell they are. Probably had some kind of parental controls running on it.
