Well, on HP's site is shows only one expanansion pack for the 3600, 3700, 3800, 3900 & 5400 series. I'd say the answer is yes.

Yes, just about all sleeves fit all iPaq's that accept sleeves. Some of the more newer exotic one would technically work but they don't write drivers for the old pocket PC os.
Sleeves don't work on the new 1900 and 2200 series iPaq's ether. |

One of the main reasons for the iPAQ's success is that most accessories are backwards compatible. HP has kept up with this promise thus far with the 5400 series.... we will see how long this lasts.
