Questions regarding using 2 linksys routers..

I've searched high and low, and either it's not here (or on Google, which I highly doubt in either instance) or I'm just not using the right terminology in searching for this....

I was reading on another website about setting up a WAP outside of your LAN so that other stumblers or mobile users could get internet access from you. I have the Linksys BEFSR11 inside my apartment and the BEFW11S4 on my balcony and I would like to set it up so that anyone can get online from the wireless router but not access any computers on the wired network inside. I assume I would be using the BEFSR11 as a firewall to the LAN, but I'm not sure how I proplerly setup the two routers to accomplish this.

Any help is appreciated, and maybe someone in S. FLA will find the AP when it's setup right and let me know!

Read the Routers manual, it shoul tell you how to setup filters.
If all else fails, get a dedicated PC with 3 NIC cards.

Nic-1 (CrossoverCable) to Internal Net
Nic-2 (CrossoverCable) to Public AP
Nic-3 DMZ / Whatever else

Assigin Nic-1 IP address 10.10.10.1/255.255.255.0
Setup Public AP to do DHCP (IP Block 10.10.10.100-254)
Configure FW to only allow 10.x network to access Internet

Assign Nic-2 IP Address 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0
Configure FW to allow 192.x network to access Internet & Net 10.x

This is a basic setup, you can configure the FW to allow/disallow
any ports/services you want going to/from any part of the network.
