ricoh and win2k problem (orinoco/xircom)
hey, i've searched through the forums to see if anyone else has similar problems I am having but found nothing.

I have the ricoh r5c475II chipset pci-adapter and an orinoco gold card running win2k. the problem is windows installs the ricoh adapter just fine but when I put in my orinoco card or even my xircom card, it doesn't seem to work. now I've tried installing the card in a winxp system and it works just fine. the card installs in win2k but the wificards won't transfer/ping or see other computers on the network. I can seem to get them to see each other outside of windows like running a link test between the xircom and the orinoco but still no real transmitting. netstumbler loads when the orinoco card is put in the pci adapter but it still does not see any networks. I am leaning towards thinking its a win2k driver problem and the ricoh card and was wondering if anyone else has this problem, thanks.
