I misinterpreted Thorn's post. Someone could delete the posts and we could see if he notices. It appears he checks the forums once a day?

What Beakmyn wrote was correct about you partaking in illegal activity by sharing your internet with another domicile or vise-versa. Read Comcast's TOS (Terms of Service) agreement you put your "John Hancock" on before or after they hooked up your internet connection.

I would suggest that you read EVERYTHING in the Welcome Desk BEFORE making your next post. You really don't know how close you came to being the next lump of shit meat on the BBQ and all the regulars around here like their noobs well done. Especially when they come in here asking the type of question you asked.

ok then i guess no one here can help me, i thought this might be a place where people with an interest in wifi communication and networking that knew what they were talking about might be able to help me make sense of my question, and not flame me like a bunch of retards .. go play world of warcraft boys.. im not looking for an over- intellectualized lectur

We do know what we're talking about, more than you realize.

We know that the ISP that you posted from (COMCAST) explicitly states that sharing an internet connection to someone outside of the property that is subscribing to the service is against the TOS.

That is exactly why you received the responses you got. Now, how about you just run along now and pay for your own internet connection and stop trying to be a cheap bastard.

But, it just seems that some people can't be pleased. And you really shouldn't play those satanic games, maybe that's why you want to steal. Perhaps, that's why you feel you have to break the law. Does it give you a rush or make you feel superior because you're doing something you shouldn't? You should find a different outlet for you issues. Maybe you need to see a therapist, they're good at talking things out and showing you how you can better yourself.
