Sharp Zaurus GPS + Wireless at teh same time

Does anyone know away to run a compact flash wireless card and a gps reciever at the same time? The Sharp Zaurus only has one CF card slot?

Shoud be able to use the serial cable used to sync to connect a gps, that's how I do it with iPaqs. As far as using two cf cards, I don't think it's possible.

You can try a running a serial GPS, check out the qpeGPS project for more info. FWIW, the Target store in my area is clearing out Garmin GPSs, they had the cheapo Gecko for ~$56. I don't know much about that model though.

You're correct. As Jamie said, the Zaurus only has one CF slot, and the SDIO adapters that are starting to hit the shelves don't work with the Zaurus.

In my experience, the Z is great for quick-and-dirty or unobtrusive stumbling, but when you start messing with GPS and all the associated cables, the storage and battery limitations make it an unattractive platform. It's great for tradeshows and malls, but the laptop is more suitable for the road.
