Siemens Speedstream SS1021 NIC Drivers

I think I accidentaly poseted this in the FAQ section where it promptly disappeared. If so, I apoligize.

I have a this Siemens card and I wanted to know if there were any drivers for other cards that use the same TI ACX100 chipset that will work for this card as currently I can't get the wireless monitor to appear in the system tray after several install/uninstall sessions.

I had the same problem with this card but after spending some "quality time" with their help desk, an RMA was issued and I returned the thing. FWIW, I tried the card on several machines and it worked briefly a few times, but mostly it just sat there mocking me

Is that the USB card? I bought one. Man that thing is a pile of trouble. Took me forever to get working right. But now it's okay. Good for the wardriving. Always works if I plug it in after Windows boots. And I rippied it apart to solder on some coax for a real antenna.

I bought it for that purpose (or to add a jack to the board,) but the PCB is paper-thin and seems fragile. I might have tried it if the thing didn't crap out on me.

If I rememeber correctly, the drivers for the SS1021 as well as all siemens cars are at www.speedstream.com I actually have one of these cards. (it's pcmcia btw).
