SMC barricade mod
Greetings,
I opened up my SMC700VBR the other day, it basicly has a SMC pcmcia card with two solder proints on the end to two dipoles. I'm curious if anyone has ever desolderd the existing dipoles and added a connector or a homebrew antenna? The solder points are adjoined by a black cable to the outside which I suspect is a ground point? Any suggestions on the type of cable? and how to address the grounding? Thank you, Tyler |
