tweaked my MA401

I have gotten 20-40% moe range

my setting is D1 not sure what hex key that is but I am gettin 100?% where i used to get 70-80% and can actually go downstairs and get a signal now

is there a software program like this for my orionco gold?

Im guessing you mean changing the CR31 yeah!? i changed it to 80 as the website suggested but it didnt really work! and do you have to load up the settings every time?

anyone???

Anyone actually know how to use the Intersil PRISM test utility? as has been said, it can boost ranges, but i use an MA401 and have had no luck in improving it?!

So any ideas on tweaking PRISM chipsets with this utility?!

It wont help much as stumbling relys more on Rx.

Half true - I've got a card with good rx sensitivity and I need the range to complete a link, so tx power is as important.

Aint found any help files, im not sure how to use it either really, i just need to know which settings to increase to boost my MA401 a little, coz the range is a little bit shite to say the least!!!

got excactly the same situation here. does anyone know if a tweak is possible? tried to write some settings with the prism test utility but it seems, that it cant write the new values on the card. has anyone successfully done this mod yet?

c'mon guys, im not asking the dude from 2003, ever thaught that a second user who allready did this may also have a clue on this? and since it has a prism2.5 chipset it concerns not only me
