wap11 power mod
does anyone know if ver 2.2 can be adjusted as ver 1.1.
also are there any other ap's such as the me102 that can also be tweaked? i have read elsewhere that the smc 2655 and the dlink dwl900ap has the same chipset, but can they also be tweaked?

rumor has it that the 2.2 is already set to 100mW but i can't verify that. as for as the other 2 you mentioned they are identical. here is a link to the hack for all 3:

but you really shouldn't do it. it makes tons of spatter across the whole WiFi band and makes a mess of interference for any other 2.4GHz devices in the area. a high gain antenna would be a better idea.
