You could reset the router. Or log into it and reset the log files.

The OP said he didn't have admin rights. Probably not physical access either and if he does he probably doesn't want to set it back to defaults as that would cause as much, or more, of a problem than he has now.

I don't have admin rights but i do have physical access to the router, although i bet resetting it would lead to lots of questions asked. I'm pretty sure the log has been checked by now anyways.

Will a proxy keep me protected? If i set firefox to run off a proxy, will the router still show the sites I'm visiting or just the proxy's ip?

If not, what method do you recommend for hiding the sites i visit?
I've heard of tunneling traffic through ssh, but don't know much about that...

This thread should probably be closed due to the OP's intent to circumvent restrictions that are apparently in place.

Nope it was for what he left on the keyboard. It wouldn't been that bad, but his mommy used it after him.

Nope, he has been booted out of his house and is abusing the family that was good enough to take him in. With the respect for other's property he demonstrates, It's no wonder why he was booted from home.

Yea, here is an answer for you.

RTFM!!!

Everything you need to know about your router in in your manual. Either when you bought it (In the box) or downloaded from the maker's website.

If you are at work doing this crap. I hope they fire your ass, just like they fired someone this week for trying to circumvent the security and I caught them.

If you are doing this at your family's house. Fess up to your wrong doings. Stop looking at shit you are not supposed to be looking at. Seems like you are trying get NOT to get thrown out of another house.

My router here at work and at home send logs to a machine on my networks. I know what everyone does during the day and at night. So let's just hope your families do not know how to check the logs.

If you do not have a machine logging your router's traffic then most likely the router logs will get over written after so many megs anyways. Just start surfing nickelodeon and Disney for a few weeks and stop being such a weener.

How about you guys stop worrying about my personal life and just help me with my problem..

As far as the "Fess up to your wrong doings. Stop looking at shit you are not supposed to be looking at.", comment goes.
It's not wrong doings, ok I'm not a 12 year old looking at donkey porn, this is more important than simply being embarrassed about looking at porn.

I don't feel the need to go into detail about my personal life, grow up guys, and answer my question...
