Hmm, if in monitor mode, why go out of state.. Head down to Blockbuster and rent a DVD. "Chris Und Die Staubfrau" is well worth the hire... Or so I've heard.. :D

Looking at your map reminded me. I was working in the substation up on Stevens Pass last year, just for the h*ll of it, fired up NS and got 3 hits!

Up on a 4000' Cascade mountain pass, miles from anywhere, and people have APs in their snow shacks?! :p

Now that's what I'd call being discreet... :D

@waldo

I double dog dare you to drive up to the house if there's no gate. :p

If anyone questions you, you're lost and looking for 18th street, but the one on the other side of the lake. ;)

There wouldn't be if you had Ripley driving your APC.

I didn't notice any gates in the sat image. I think they were all inside.

Take you golf clubs and tell them your trying to shag the ball you hooked off #7 tee box. :D

Just think you could be the first "Wifi Paparazzi"

Would you believe I stumbled (er, kismet'd) his house just Sunday night (my first time down there)? My first real test of kiswinsound!

NE 18th ST really winds, with enough trees on the slope that my GPS drifted a bit on my Sirftrak III receiver. The Navteq data (or at least my GPS's interpretation of Mapopolis's latest data) shows 73rd going farther than it actually does. To the north it terminates at a marina-looking location, but I was able to turn around there. Alas, to the south it was a tight squeeze, so I went in reverse to get out. 73rd is basically all gates on its west side. There was a warning sign saying "no turnaround", but my Element is pretty small.

If only I'd known, I might've spent a little more time there...

And here is the map through yesterday.

It's been a month, so it's time to update. One of my long term goals is to discover new AP's in all 77 counties. Here is the map from a month ago.

Not to rain on your parade, but should I contact Uhtu and ask him to merge your group with the NetStumbler forum users Wigle group, or are you going to do that your self ?
(Look at the thread title... ;)
